TakeCurrentCellVoltage:

Gets a voltage reading (in simulation, this is done by getting a random number from 12.4 to 12.9) from an individual tester and sets voltageReading (int) equal to it. Output

Feedback: The voltage tester on which the reading was taken, and the voltage reading in volts.

Failure: No cell in either of the voltage testers.

Success: There was a cell in 1 of 2 voltage testers.
